First, give us a call to book a ride. We typically like a few days notice, but we can usually accommodate last minute rides if need be.
Once the ride’s booked, we take care of the rest. We arrange the driver and van, and can even bring our own wheelchair if the client doesn’t have one. We’ll also let the client know of any changes or delays while on the way to pick them up.
When we arrive, we greet the client right a their door or room and help them get ready for the ride. When we get to the appointment, we can take them directly into the office or clinic and help check in. Once we bring them home, we again bring them right into their home to make sure they’re safe and comfortable before we leave.
Billing can also be done directly through any relevant agency, or simple monthly billing if paying personally.
