My mother in law needed transportation to and from dialysis in Kingston and they treated her with respect, dignity and kindness. Katie and Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and happy. They even went into the home to her room to get her ready when the LTC home was running behind. They took care to avoid every bump on the road. Hulpr was the one thing that was reliable and helpful and we could count on even when the hospital changed dialysis appointment times at the last minute. They were ALWAYS on time. Jonathan provided updates and we always knew she was in good hands. She was delighted with Katie and became very fond of her. She looked forward to her rides and seeing Katie. Thank you again for your good work and can do attitude.
